The techs were prompt, professional, and explained everything they were doing. Great service and very happy with the finished product. Even got dog urine stains out of the carpet. Thank goodness! I would recommend to friends and family, especially if they have kids. No residue left on the carpet so I'm comfortable with my kids playing on it.

I was absolutely blown away by not only the service technician, Armani, but the work that he provided. I originally heard about zero rez on the radio and thought that I should try it out.
