Level II Advanced Odor Treatment
This is a deep saturation and extraction process designed to address moderate to severe contamination. This service level is recommended when substances like urine or other organic materials have penetrated down to the carpet backing and/or padding.
Level III Replacement
This is our most advanced level of treatment. Due to the nature of severe contamination, effective odor and stain removal cannot be guaranteed without replacing affected materials. With this method, tack strips, padding, and carpeting are removed and replaced to ensure the best possible outcome.

No Residue!
The techs were prompt, professional, and explained everything they were doing. Great service and very happy with the finished product. Even got dog urine stains out of the carpet. Thank goodness! I would recommend to friends and family, especially if they have kids. No residue left on the carpet so I'm comfortable with my kids playing on it.

Results Were Great
Zerorez came and did my entire house (4 rooms, hallway, office and two pieces of furniture. The final results were great. All of the stains we had in the carpet are gone and now our chase lounge is usable again. The technicians that did the cleaning were smart, on time and nice. The whole process took about 3 and a half hours.
